These Booking Terms explain how online reservations work at Rincón del Amazonas.
By making a reservation through our website, you agree to these Booking Terms.
Reservation confirmation
When you complete the online reservation form, your reservation is automatically confirmed if the selected date, time and table are still available.
You will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.
Arrival time and 10-minute hold
Please arrive on time for your reservation.
Your table will be held for 10 minutes after the reservation time. If you do not arrive within this time, the restaurant may release the table.
Reservations for more than 8 guests
Online reservations are available for groups of up to 8 guests.
For groups of more than 8 guests, reservations are accepted by phone only.
Please contact us directly by phone to arrange larger group reservations.
Cancelling your reservation
You can cancel your reservation using the cancellation link included in your confirmation email.
Once cancelled, your table may become available for other guests.
Special requests
You may include special requests in the optional message field, such as allergies, accessibility needs or seating preferences.
We will do our best to consider your request, but special requests are not guaranteed automatically.
A specific table, exact seating position or special arrangement may depend on availability and restaurant operations.
Contact about your reservation
The restaurant may contact you by phone or email if we need to confirm, clarify or adjust something related to your reservation.
Changes or cancellation by the restaurant
In exceptional situations, the restaurant may need to modify or cancel a reservation.
This may happen because of operational issues, private events, weather conditions, technical problems, incorrect booking information or other circumstances outside normal control.
If this happens, we will try to contact you using the details provided in your reservation.
Accuracy of customer information
Please make sure your name, email address and phone number are correct.
If the contact details are incorrect, we may not be able to send the confirmation email, cancellation link or contact you about your reservation.
Online booking availability
The online booking system shows available times and tables based on current availability.
Availability may change quickly. A reservation is only confirmed after the system successfully saves it and shows the confirmation message.
