Agueda Cordero (Prima)
Chef Agueda Cordero, known to many guests as Prima, brings warmth, creativity, and authentic flavour to the kitchen at Rincon del Amazonas. Originally from Ecuador, she combines traditional Latin inspiration with fresh Mediterranean ingredients to create dishes designed for relaxed seaside dining in Playa de Mogán.
Her passion for cooking is reflected in every plate — colourful, generous, and made to be shared and enjoyed in good company.
